The AMC pan collection includes roasting pans, brunch pans and grill pans made from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel. All roasting and grill pans enable temperature- and time-controlled roasting and frying on all cooktops, including induction. Their highly polished, structured base uses no synthetic non-stick coatings: at the right temperature, food releases naturally from the stainless steel – for full flavour and, in selected dishes, without added fat. Some pans come with a removable handle and patented locking system for space-saving storage.
