This roasting pan is very suitable for large pieces. Whether you want to roast a whole roast, whole fish or large schnitzel, in HotPan it's child's play. With this versatile pan you can even deep-fry. Thanks to the highly polished structured base the pan supports the natural release of suitable foods from the stainless steel surface when the correct roasting temperature is reached. The two ergonomic handles are equipped with the ceramic heat stopper Thermobloc and provide a stable grip. The handles not only offer you a stable hold but are also ideal lid holders. The lid can be hung on the side of the handle to make seasoning, stirring and turning easier. The pan is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. It has a fitted high dome lid made of stainless steel, which provides even more space thanks to an enlarged arch. The temperature indicator Visiotherm integrated in the lid knob supports temperature guidance during cooking. Together with the acoustic control Audiotherm it enables you to cook temperature- and time-controlled. The roasting pan is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, and fully ovenproof.
