The oPan brunch pan is suitable for preparing pancakes, crêpes, flatbreads and eggs. AMC cookware made from stainless steel does not use synthetic non-stick coatings such as PTFE/PFAS-based coatings. At the right roasting temperature, suitable foods can naturally release from the stainless steel surface after searing. The removable ergonomic long handle supports space-saving storage and oven use after the handle has been removed. The pan is dishwasher safe and suitable for all types of hobs, including induction.
