This roasting pan is ideal for larger pieces. Whether you want to roast a whole roast, whole fish or a large schnitzel, in the HotPan it's child's play. With this versatile pan you can even deep fry. Thanks to the highly polished structured base the pan supports the natural release of suitable foods from the stainless steel surface when the correct roasting temperature is reached. The removable, ergonomic handle provides a secure and stable hold. It can be easily attached and removed thanks to the practical locking system. So, you can store the pan in a space-saving way or use it in the oven without handle. The easy-to-clean, dishwasher safe pan has a fitted high dome lid made of stainless steel, which provides even more space thanks to an enlarged arch. The temperature indicator Visiotherm integrated in the lid knob supports temperature guidance during cooking. Together with the acoustic control Audiotherm it enables you to cook temperature- and time-controlled. The roasting pan is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction. After removing the long handle, the pan is fully ovenproof.
